This is it!! This is the week I pack all my Patterns, Samples, Kits, Notions, Booth Décor and somehow squeeze in my personal luggage into our vehicle and head to Houston, Texas for the International Quilt Market and Festival. Excitement and nerves all rolled up into a tightly packed vehicle.
Remember I told you about Tim Holtz’s Eclectic Elements Fabric a few weeks ago and that I would be making a few samples with it? Well, I have photos to show you.
I love the way the Professional Tote looks in this fabric.
So much fun! Here is a front and back view.
I also made Laura’s Zippered Tote using the Eclectic Elements fabric….
But wait, there’s more…..
The Ursula version of Ursula & Emily purse.
Eclectic Elements is truly a fun fabric line to work with.
You can order these patterns from my online store here.
If you will be in Houston for the International Quilt Market or the Quilt Festival, stop by my booth #1115 to see these and more samples of my patterns. I will also have kits available to purchase using the Eclectic Elements and other fabrics.
I can’t wait to see all of your smiling faces in Houston!
these bags are fabulous!!!! love the all but especially the professional tote!!!
I hope it isn’t inappropriate to seek sewing assistance via this blog. My 82 year old mother is working on the Mini Professional Tote pattern but is having trouble. I am no help as I am very much a beginner. If anyone has any ideas/suggestions I would be very grateful if you share them with me.
Thank
Donna,
You didn’t mention what exactly she is having a problem with. If your mom has a specific question about a step that she is having trouble with, I am happy to help her through the step. You or she can send me a note at my email address Laura@thecreativethimble.com and I will help you there.
