Mailing Mini Stu to Hawaii
Training Dave (my trusty minion) on The Creative Thimble shipping may have been a mistake. Dave and Stuart have determined that Mini Stuart can be mailed to Hawaii for $3.04 in postage (not including their time and costs of the packaging). I have told them they are not to actually mail MS unless he is safely packaged (I think they were just going to stick stamps to his butt), they include return addressed packaging and postage, and have someone in Hawaii he can stay with who is also willing to mail him back after his stay. If Mini Stu goes missing I guess I will know what happened.
We strive to ship all orders placed on the website as soon as we can. Your order will normally ship from The Creative Thimble the next business day after your order is received using the US Postal Service. Our minimum shipping and handling charge from The Creative Thimble is $2.50. When you enter in your address on the checkout page (or sign in as a registered customer) the actual shipping charge will be shown before you submit the order. If for any reason we will not be able to ship by the next business day we will post a message to the Cart page telling you when we will resume shipping. I did this on our recent trip to the Northeast as we were both gone and did not have our normal backups available to cover for us.
